Position Summary: Supervises all aspects of Facilities and Maintenance to support the Diocese of Springfield. This role assists in safe and efficient physical buildings on a 24/7 basis. Oversees major projects for remodeling, maintaining and improving the physical buildings and grounds. Coordinates use of parish facilities, furnishings and equipment and also ensures high levels of employee service and satisfaction.
Overview: This position has the responsibility of implementing all aspects of cemetery grounds operations. The foreman is responsible for the direct oversight of all ground employees at a given location, providing direction and instruction to see that all tasks are performed following all Diocesan, state and OSHA regulations.
