The Maryknoll Affiliate Community invites you to an Earth Day Celebration on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at Mary, Mother of Hope Church (840 Page Blvd, Springfield). The Jericho House invites families to its 1st Annual Fishing Derby on Saturday, May 2, at The Pond at Jericho, 537 Northampton Street in Holyoke. Open to children ages 16 and younger, the event begins with registration at 9:30 a.m., followed by the first cast at 10:30 a.m.
Participants of all experience levels are welcome to enjoy a fun-filled morning of fishing, with prizes awarded for first fish, biggest fish, most fish caught, and tagged fish. A raffle will also be held. The cost is $10 per participant - register online using this QR code and pay at the event.
