The beloved Polka Picnic tradition returns on Sunday, August 23rd, at the Polanka Grounds on Mill Street in Adams. Gates open at noon, with the Eddie Foreman Orchestra performing favorite polka and dance tunes from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. Ryan Pause will provide musical entertainment during the intermissions. A variety of traditional Polish foods will be available for purchase. The Adams Lions Club will offer cookout favorites, and a selection of homemade baked goods and treats will also be available. Free activities will be provided for children. Admission is $5.00 for adults, and children age 12 and under are admitted free. Parking is available on the grounds and along nearby streets. Join Holy Trinity Parish for its annual Fall Festival on Sunday, September 20, 2026, from 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m. at Pilsudski Park, 200 Old County Road, Holyoke. Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Enjoy Polish and American food, live music by the WINDSTAR Band, games, bingo, raffles, a bake sale, and fun for the whole family.
